Gabb Global uses the power of VR to improve the accessibility and effectiveness of immersive language learning experiences for ESL students so that they can participate fully in their schoolwork, integrate more seamlessly into social situations, and have an equal playing field for further educational, social, and economic opportunity.

Our challenge was to bring their brand to life by outlining their vision, mission, and values in order to start the web design. They needed a full website with engaging visuals and copy. I worked together with a copywriter to tackle this project.

Our solution was to showcase the values and teachings of their technology to their audience. I used a mix of 3D illustrations and some they provided to make the website understandable. They have a lot of information and we had to organize everything according to the different types of audiences they have.

Web Mapping

It was important to organize the content based on who was reading the website - educators, investors, or someone who wanted to do the trial. The ABOUT page was very essential as well.

Brand mood board

The company had basic branding and colors on their old website, so I just needed to bring them together in a cohesive color palette and type treatments. I chose 3D illustrations because they want to appeal to educators and younger audiences. There are some other company inspirations such as Duolingo and Bitesize UX.
